Another day another nickel, gas up to 3.34 I should have
filled up yesterday. The stoplight at
West and Main is still out, what happened there anyway? It is the end of January and instead of
worrying about where to put all my snow, my backyard is flooded, the water is
over the sidewalk in the middle of the yard.
We had the sidewalk raised a few years ago, but it must have re-settled
and now we need a foot bridge to navigate to the garage. There have been a rash of burglaries in the
neighborhoods between UWL and WTC, the La Crosse police are reminding people to
make your house look occupied, lock windows and doors and be a good neighbor. If you see a crime, please report it.
