Daily Dose of BS Sept 17

If you had any conversation with anyone from La Crosse over the weekend, I will bet that the conversations started off like this, “What the hell is happening here?” or “a double murder wtf?” the word WHY pops in to my head. I have no idea what is going on here, we are supposed to be living in a small town. We now have the most murders locally since 1992 - 4 - I know people who don’t live in a small town think that four isn’t so bad, but when there usually isn’t any, this number is huge (I think that many of us live in a small town for the fact that it is more neighborly, and when murders are happening in the area, it puts a scare into us, makes us feel less safe) , drugs are big problem, robberies are happening more often and we have lots of other crap that is happening here each and every day stuff that used to be exclusive to big cities.
