Every afternoon about 2 I am ready for a nap.  It doesn’t matter if it is a weekday or a
weekend.  If I woke at 4 or 8 that
morning, I am ready for a nap at 2.  I have
come to cherish my 20 minute siesta as a quick revitalization of my mind and my
body.  I have a few friends who never
ever take naps and I know many, most of them are fellow radio people who take a
nap daily.  I find myself craving my
quiet alone time and as the time ticks down to 2 I can feel myself falling into
a lull.  Are you a napper or not?  If not I suggest you grab a blanket and a comfortable
chair and give it a try.
